15CrMo is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel bar with excellent high-temperature creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance (performing reliably at temperatures up to 550°C). It is widely used in the power industry for manufacturing high-temperature and high-pressure equipment components such as boiler superheater tube supports, steam turbine connecting rods, and high-pressure pipeline fasteners, as its heat resistance ensures long-term stable operation under extreme thermal stress. In the chemical and petrochemical sectors, it is applied to produce hydrogenation reactor agitator shafts, high-temperature pump rotors, and pressure vessel flanges, benefiting from good corrosion resistance to hydrogen-rich and mild acidic industrial media. It also finds use in the oil refining industry (for catalytic cracking unit structural rods) and thermal power plant auxiliary systems (for high-temperature flue gas duct supports), serving as a critical material for industrial scenarios requiring both heat resistance and mechanical durability.
